Avoid this firm at all cost if you can. No empathy whatsoever and I was talked down to and disrespected. When I talked to a clerk Friday, he was the nicest. And I was supposed to get a call back from their office today, but when I didn't hear back anything, I called back and had to restate everything all over again to another clerk, I told the previous person. I explained to them that I needed help and if there were any other recommendations of going to a doctor other than regional one to get a check up since they weren't taking in any new patients until the end of this month. He was so rude to me that it made me cry. He downplayed how injured I must have been or the soreness that I was experiencing. I explained to him this was my first time being in an accident. He talked to me terribly and showed no empathy even when my voice broke over the phone from trying to hold back tears. I ended up just saying I'm going to hang up now and I pray you have a good day because clearly he wasn't having one. I just decided to go with another lawyer. I would have actually considered going with them if he wasn't so mean.

Kind and caring service. Effective too! I would recommend Michael Wener for disability law to anyone.

The rudest lawyer I have ever talked to. First off he called us with an attitude. I was looking for the paperwork to read it to him he was rushing me. Asked him how he was doing he continues to have an attitude and rush me. Doesn't even ask how I'm doing. I told him he was being rude and he hung up in my face.
