Unfortunately for this law office and his client that is trying to sue me they haven’t a clue as to what the can do legally! My husband and I are both on Social Security and the Doctor he is representing got paid by my insurance company but he isn’t happy with that he is trying to get me to pay the $250 deductible that I didn’t and don’t have. That isn’t enough, he is after court costs and attorneys fees to the tune of $900+! I am not going to set up a payment plan for something I can’t pay. I am being charged with contempt of court because I don’t live there and can’t drive 5 hours to go to a court hearing just to prove that my income is Social Security! I would advise this law office to study the laws a little more so they know what they are doing!

Debt collectors are NEVER anyone's favorite people... But Mr Werring and his staff have ALWAYS done all they could to work WITH ME... He and Leslie are approachable... and just "regular' people unlike SOME attorneys that I've dealt with before that seem to think they can walk on water or something.
