I hired West Coast Disability Law Group before I even applied for Social Security Disability benefits. I knew nothing about the process and wanted help from a professional. I met with Ms Ditolla several times and she was helpful and nice. However, it was unfortunate she switched my case over to her partner Cari Schwartz. She never introduced herself except by email very late in the process. She sat like a deer in the headlights at my hearing because the judge was very aggressive and she id nothing. I feel they steered me in the wrong direction every time. Told me not to ask for a letter from my physician that I should be on disability. I felt that there was inadequate council. If I had Ms Ditolla things might have been different. I do not recommend this law firm at all.

My attorney Megan got me my benefits in under 6 months. I heard that never happens, but somehow she pushed it through. I have never dealt with a law firm in which the lawyer herself calls me on a regular basis, but Megan herself worked with me throughout the whole process. She didn't farm me over to a paralegal. She knew more about my medical problems then I did and she broke it down to me in terms that I actually understood what was going on with my health.
