Paul Bates and his team are stellar to work with! I was in a car accident with my daughter and my car was deemed a total loss. After being referred to Paul, I was not quite sure what to expect, but he and his team far surpassed any expectation that I had. They were extremely professional and kind when we first met. Paul and Raul answered all of my questions and made sure I understood the process. After being in a car accident, they were there to listen to my concerns and assure me that we would come out of this okay. The follow through between his team and myself was spectacular. I am sure they receive larger cases however, they made me feel equally as important as they would any large case. I was kept informed of where my case was in the process, they scheduled chiropractor appointments for my daughter and I, and made sure we knew that we were being taken care of. I never had to deal with any insurance company or representative - everything was taken care of by the team. They informed me of offers and discussed their thoughts about the offer, they were even willing to go back if I was not happy, which I was. I cannot extend my gratitude enough to Paul and his team for all of their hard work. They know exactly what they are doing and are extremely knowledgeable. I was treated with the utmost respect and really enjoyed working with them.
