Called and got a payment arrangement set up. They gave me 30 days to pay for it. I got it paid off 5 days before the due date but the still filed a default with the court 5 days before it was due.

They don't deserve any star they need negative stars to choose from! Every single call I've made trying to get my debt settled which they wouldn't work with me at all. But the 1st man I talked to was rude and very unprofessional and the 2 different women I've spoke with were absolutely nasty and rude to me and I kept my composure thinking it would help for them to speak nicer to me but this whole law firm who works here are horrible, rude thinks they are better than who they are speaking to etc just very awful people all around. Very sad they feel the need to treat others as they do! I'm so happy I'll never have any more dealings with them! Do not hire these satanic people they are the devil! So I've had my debt paid for over a month now and they still have not released the garnishment and have closed the account they told me today so they can't tell me anything about when or if they will send something to stop the garnishment and already owe me over 500.00 back that they have garnished since it's been paid in full. How can they get away with this? I'm thinking I need to find a lawyer to handle this and maybe sue them for what they are doing to me. I am at a loss on how to deal with getting this stopped and my money that I've overpaid now will I ever get it back? Rude woman named Jan I believe tried making me feel like a idiot the way she talked down to me! Just want it to be done with!

NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!!!! ? These company is TERRIBLE and UNLAWFUL. They said that they served me, I told them that that wasn’t me that was served and then they said “oh well the person said they knew you” which is a complete lie. They served me at an unknown address to a person I don’t even know. They hang up on you and get mad at you once you bring up FDCPA laws and the Freedom Information Act. They don’t go based off of federal laws. They are predatory, unlawful, and beyond unprofessional. They talk in a condescending manner and almost mock you for being upset that they’ve taken your lively-hood. I don’t know what agency to report them to but I promise that I will find out and start the process because these aren’t human beings or even professionals for the way that they treat people and handle debts.

They never answer the phone. They do not return calls. They tell you one thing and do another. I would give them a Negative 5 star review if I could. I will be reaching out to the Iowa State Attorneys Office in regards to their business practices. I was a customer of their law firm prior to this and my father was also. Never again.

The WORST creditors and horrible man I’ve ever dealt with. Their day will come and hope it’s unsympathetic cruelty! Garnishment set 5 yrs ago, totally forgot. No warning, Froze my bank account. Had money in bank to pay 3K but couldn’t get to it due to account frozen. Wouldn’t even try to work with me. They made over $1000 from buying my debt. They waited 30 days to retrieve payment and release garnishment. I was able to intercept my paycheck to a friends account. Have 4 kids to feed, house, bills, gas for work!!! Kicker.. They sent me bill of 42.00 for court cost ???? they will be getting 42.00 in pennies, when I dump them on their freaking floor. It’s not the fact that they did this because I owed.. it’s just the gutless unprofessional way they handled it!! Watch out for these slime balls…Narcissists
