I wish zero stars was an option... Complete Vultures. Are not helpful, evasive, and doesn't want to have email convos, only phone call, so nothing can be documented on your side. Tried to arrange a payment plan, nope. So showed up to court (in January) to do a payment plan. The attorney didn't show up, and emailed a response AFTER the scheduled court time. ZERO regard for other peoples time. Then 2 weeks later (mid Feb) got a paper saying they agreed to the payment plan and to sign papers and send them back. Never received anything back, emailed them asking to confirm receipt... Got a past due notice in the mail... They went and put a judgment on my anyways and tacked on interest, which was NOT in the payment arrangement paper. When I emailed asking for reasoning, a woman named Jennifer responded telling me to call. I said no, I wanted record of conversations. She emailed me a copy of the judgment with no explanation as to my questions. They are slime balls. They have you sign an agreement, and then add stuff to it on a judgment thinking they are above all... they are the lowest attorneys. They buy debt and take people to court. They are like the ambulance chasers. The attorneys that seek a quick buck with zero care for anyone. I would be ashamed to be this type of law firm.... Even though I have collection debt, I am more honest and have a ton more integrity it seems.

I have been trying to call them for a payoff letter so I can get it paid off. Called in twice sat on hold for 20 min. one time only to be disconnected. Called back, same thing. Called the nest day, same. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! DO THE PEOPLE YOU REPRESENT KNOW THAT YOU WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE TO GET PAID!! Then I called in, pressed 1, which is the prompt for attorneys, judges, etc. Waited about 10 seconds and was transferred right to someone. Then they said let me transfer you to the dept. that handles that. I told her of the situation and she said she would have someone call me back....waiting.....waiting.... Just a heads up. If you are a company that wants its debts collected, don't use this place. You can't call them to pay the bill!!! What an absolute joke of a company. Love the fake reviews on her

These have to be the rudest individuals who can’t even get their own stories straight. They lie about information and then want to call you names for calling out their own lies. Get it together people there are better ways to get stuff accomplished than being degrading and nasty.

What a nightmare. Like another reviewer mentioned, this may be collections, but we're still human beings on the other end. Super rude, and not helpful in any way. I tried to get an offer submitted and accepted. The process to communicating with this firms is ridiculous. 1. You call them. Instantly on an automated system. 2. IF you catch them during the hours they like to answer (seemingly 9am-1pm CST), you get a less than helpful, rude service person. 3. MOST LIKELY you go through the message loop. - 2 message loops of "We apologize for the wait...your call is important" - 1 instance of "Actually, this is going to be a while, plan to leave a message...reminder, spell your name (or we likely skip it), and we don't leave messages." - 2 more of the apologies - 1 instant beep to voicemail 4. You miss their call. (You really won't get a voicemail, and they only call once) 5. You repeat #3 6. You lose your mind with the phone tag loop and zero information share In short, don't believe the hours they suggest that they operate under. Take a day off work and just pepper them with calls. Pin your eyelids open and crank up the volume on your ringer. Never let the phone leave your side. Don't pretend you have valuable things to do with your time, because they won't.

Extremely rude and refuse to give proper documentation. Seems like they do this to scam people by making things take longer to process so they make more money.
