Yes, they are busy... but that is because they are good! Sometimes you may need to have a little patience when setting up meetings/calls etc, but once you have their attention, you have it 100% - and as much time/attention as you need without ever feeling rushed - perhaps more importantly with this wonderful team of Mr. Whalen and Morgan, it's nearly an impossible task to think of someone I'd want to fight on my side more than them. If you want/need someone to really go up to bat for you, this is the place.

I had a terrible experience with this lawyer. I was not satisfied with my services and they were completely uncompromising in this regard. My opinion is that they were very disorganized and lackadaisical in their preparation despite the high cost of their "preparation." Additionally, be careful sending them any written correspondence or text message evidence since they charged us what we believe was extreme prices for reading them.

I have a real estate issue needing attention. I chose to talk to Atty. Whalen in this matter due to his advertised success in the Herald with local real estate and his on going humanitarian efforts with his family to restore properties left behind by "Big Lenders" . I can say with much confidence, he and Atty. Calvert, were extremely professional, respectful and accepting to my issues. For the 60.00 consultation fee, they provided solutions and were willing to exercise their knowledge in order for me to pursue their suggestions. This matter is quite important to me and I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for, so the retainer needed to represent me didn't seem out of line. I will continue to update this review and offer up an honest look of their work no matter what the out come my be. For now, as of 5-11-17, I am satisfied with Mr. Whalen & Mrs. Calvert's knowledge and professionalism.

Horrible. I already had a full case set up. Paid a full retainer. Nothing I requested was done, they did what they wanted. High turn over in the office, unorganized and rude. They tried over charging me, I refused to pay and the day before a pre trial, she removed herself as council, AND THEN CHARGED ME AGAIN FOR A FAX! HELLO, I was there and notified the appropriate people myself. I ended up representing myself, and guess what! It was a simple fix, and both parties are calm and happy! This office is a fraud! They should pay me!

We felt as though our lawyer Melissa Calvert was ill prepared for our trial. She then charged us for preparation regarding certain items and then never used the information in her feeble attempts to win our custody case. The office was very delayed in our billing. After several months they finally sent us the bill only to charge us nearly 3000 more than the initial retainer. Very dissatisfied.
