Srill a five star! We have been working with whiting law for over 10 years now, and they will and do fight for you! They changed our lives forever and never gave up. Even through the law change when everyone was so lost and scared, they fought even harder for us. They never give up!!!! I was taken back when I seen some of the reviews, we have worked with Jennifer since she has been there and she always calls us back, anytime we leave a message she responds within a day if not the same day. Phone calls are returned the next day, however if you e.mail her she responds right away. We have not always been the easiest clients and Jennifer has had nothing except patience with us. I'm sorry to hear others have had bad experiences all I can say is everyone has a bad day every now and then, we absolutely adore her she works diligently and professionally for us and we are so grateful to her. I am very disappointed in this law firm. I have spoken with a couple of different attorney's about Social Security or Disability benefits. I was referred to this law firm and was thoroughly given the run around. The individual I spoke with whose first name begins with "A" was not personable, and lacked compassion. When discussing the necessary requirements I was not given a compassionate nor thorough explanation about options for another path I could take. The tone was condescending instead of helpful. There MAY have been some other options he could have provided me with (he alluded to that in our conversation) but he continued to repeat the qualifications for my current situation, when asked for clarification, he only repeated what he said. To top off this disaster of an experience I got "have a nice day." WT@??? I couldn't believe it. Mind you those other attorneys I've spoken to actual said there is a chance for me to receive benefits, so what was he talking about? I'd proceed with caution, we are talking about people's livelihood here. Last time I checked most people do not want to be disabled.

This substandard place deserves 0 stars! How are they even in business? I try and call about my accident and they make it seem like it’s my fault that I caused the accident. They are not sympathetic & good people who work for this law firm. I was brought to tears how they treated me and my family. I will let everyone that I know personally, to never work with your company. You should be out of business how you treat people. Shame on you. Oh, and to the woman who I spoke to who’s name begins with “J” needs to be fired. What a lowlife of a person. She was the rudest woman and does not deserve to have a job. Seems like from all the reviews on google and indeed, your owner Paul is to busy to call anyone back with an apology since he’s always busy playing Golf. He cares that little about people? How sad!

You would think that for professional attorney's that would be professional..... That is NOT the case here. They lack communication and work against the people who they are defending. I worked with this firm for the last 2 years on a case for my mother and never once spoke to the lawyer, I could only speak to the paralegal who was clueless! To make matters worse the paralegal never once called me. I always had to initiate contact first and still would have to call multiple times to get a answer. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT let this firm handle your case! You will regret it. I do!

I was a bit hesitant because I was located in New York and felt maybe it was easier to go thru a local lawyer instead. But I read the reviews and took a leap of faith. I have been in the SSDI process for 2 years and I was assigned Ms. Jennifer McGregor. She was able to retrieve all my medical paperwork and made sure I kept up with my medical visits on a regular basis. At first I was denied and I was able to appeal the decision. Then 2 years later when I had my hearing, Mr Korby flew to NY from Michigan to represent me. He was very prepared and knew my case well. I was able to win my case thanks to the Whiting Law Firm.
