I would not recommend Stephen Mensing to any party needing arbitration. Cannot comment on other area’s of law he might practice. Stephen provided me with a un-enforceable arbitration ruling. Based on my experience I would provide this one basic understanding. Stephen is not a family law expert in that his judgement was crafted in a way that regardless of the ruling no legal action could be taken to enforce. Not only do I feel like my time and money was wasted but having been appointed Stephen from the city court I feel he’s wasting our tax payer dollars as-well. Simply put Bend deserves better.

Jeff Patterson has done a great job for us over the years. He's done an excellent job of helping us position so that we know we've got every i dotted and t crossed with our assets. He asks the right questions and presents the pros and cons of each option. Keep up the great work!
