We had retained John Wilka as a lawyer to get visitation of my grandson. They did not try to find her or do anything for us. I found her 9 months later in order to get her served. Then before we even went to court I got an email. The wrong kids name was in the email and it stated that he turned in his license to practice law in South Dakota. So then I tried to find out where our retainer went. No one would get beck to me. Finally when I got an email back from Rose Mary it said there was nothing left. Where did our money go. Worst experience ever!!!!

That lady was rude af. Judgment on appearance for sure. I felt judged immediately.

I was accused for Child Abuse on my own children and a Protection Order was filed against me and I was not able to see my children. I was a wrecking ball that couldn't break!
