Dr.Love was great for my husband. However now that Dr.Tam has taken over the practice you can’t even call the office. I was told 2 weeks ago to pick up my husbands pre-op paperwork any day but to call first because she’s not always at the office. Well between trying to call and getting a recording “this number doesn’t accept calls” or “the mailbox is full “ and driving to the office several times. I’ve come to the conclusion that nobody works there. My husband’s surgery will be canceled as his pre-op is in 2 days and he doesn’t have the paperwork. It’s a terrible way to run any business. He needs to get some staff for his office. I’ve been dealing with doctors for 60 years (since childhood) and never have seen such incompetence in the way this office is run. My husband went again yesterday on his day off he said there was an elderly woman near tears telling him she needed to pick up a prescription and nobody is ever in the office. The house where office is located is also For Sale with a Real Estate lock on the door. No idea what is going on here. Frustrated and disgusted with the lack of service here. Does he have a Practice or not????

Dr. Willy Love. Had a vasectomy referral, had our consult, had it done within a reasonable period. 5 years later and no issues since. Didn't experience much discomfort at all when following instructions. Recommended him to friends as well. Thanks!

He was not good to my husband, he had a reversal done and it got infected. He was bleeding so bad and finally Dr. Love drained the blood and now he has scars. Dr.Love has poor follow up and discouraged us from coming back to the office to see him. He charged a lot of money and was late for the surgery.

I have been seeing Dr. Love for 30 years. He's very professional and caring! Thanks Bill for saving my life and everything else you have done for me! Congratulations on a job well done in your chosen profession! Mike
