William J. Macke & Associates

I have used Will Macke's services many times in the last decade and he's been very professional, and I'm very satisfied with his efforts. I don't base my opinions of his professionalism on the out come. Just recently I had a chance to see his work again on my behalf. And he was outstanding on cross examination.

I agree totally with the other reviewer who said she'd leave less than a star if she could. DO NOT use this lawyer. Run....to another lawyer as fast as you can. Macke must have another source of income. He's slow, he procrastinates, not bright. At first, I wrote this off to his maybe being just a laid-back guy. Wrong- he's lazy and he's an ass. Don't waste your time.

I have worked with Will Macke for years now and have to tell you that I have had nothing but an absolutely wonderful experience. There have been numerous times that I have contacted him and he is always quick to respond. He doesn't pressure me, draw things out to bill me for more hours, or treat me like just another client. He is honest, ethical, and very talented. I consider myself lucky to have established a great connection with an attorney such as Will and recommend him to ALL of my friends whenever they need legal advice or help. He's a great guy and a really good attorney. I recommend him fully.

If I had a option I would rate no stars. To begin with Mr. Mackie was very cold and distant when he interacted with me. To me it felt like I was visiting a District Attorney not a defense lawyer. I met with him twice and both times he had me sit inside his office in complete silence while he sat on the computer supposedly researching information. It seemed that his competence and confidence was dependent on Google not the years of knowledge he should of acquired in law school. Maybe he didn't want to help me because I am a minority, but his lack of motivation in helping me was present in his every interaction with me. He wasted my time, and money that I could of use towards a more qualified advocate. Thank gosh my own faith and competence within myself drove me to find an alternative in getting my situation remedied. I highly suggest anyone that is looking for low cost legal services to run the other way If you actually want to have a chance to be represented by a due diligent attorney.

I had huge legal problems when Will Macke became my attorney: divorce, custody etc. Will was tireless in pursuing my custody case. He was genuinely concerned for the safety of my children and for a fair resolution of the case. Through all the stress of several hearings Will remained cool and collected while making clear to the courts that I, a single father, was best suited to have custody of the children. This was not a easy case to win. The courts still favor women in these situations. nWill was more than fair in his charges and, having priced his competition, I know he is a bargain. nI recommend him highly to anyone who needs a great lawyer.
