My time schedule makes it hard to get to the garage. Lyndsay worked with on a few phone calls to get everything, including the parts, ready for four difference services in one day. Even more impressive was that they got it all done in less than 1/2 a day. The waiting area had a nice office space with a desk, power, water, snacks, and coffee that made the wait painless. Thanks!

Very happy with the purchase of my new 2021 F150. Manny was our salesperson and he was very helpful throughout the process. Manny was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of the technology. I was very pleased with all of Manny's help and explanation of the truck's features. This is my first time dealing with Monroeville Ford and I will definitely consider going there again for future purchases.

I DO NOT recommend getting service done here! I was told they HAD the parts needed for my recall several times before my service apt. At the END of my service apt….they told me they now have the parts ON ORDER….and for ME to follow up with the parts department and then for ME to schedule service again…. Ridiculous and the opposite of customer service for me to do something 3 times when your team could easily, with proper communication and organization, do it once correctly. Get it together.

I saw the vehicle I wanted online and took it for a test drive the next day. Emmanuel Ruiz was very helpful and easy to work with from start to finish. I knew what I wanted to spend and ended up with a great price. The whole experience was hassle-free and easy. Great people to deal with - would definitely recommend.

Have previously had nothing but good experiences with this dealership. Had vehicle in for service visit on a Friday in May. Service technician and service advisor were going to talk to Ford to find out the right repair, and whether it would be covered under warranty. Said they would call back by the next day. I called Monday, no response. I called the next Friday - am told both the tech and the advisor left the dealership. Fine - tell me what Ford said and call me back. I have called 6 more times since then, no callbacks ever, always told they will check and let me know. Have never been able to speak to the same person twice. Have e-mailed the service manager's email on the website - no response. Have contacted Ford - told me "the dealership and service manager are the best route to get my car fixed". Maybe, but not at this dealership. (Oh, by the way, problem is that car cannot be consistently put into drive - small problem!)
