William R Christoph Law Office

William Christoph was our first experience with a defense attorney. My husband got into a little dispute with an Oceanside Police Officer, not good. Mr. Christoph met with my husband and I and worked magic, getting charges reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor (public disturbance), with a very small fine and unsupervised probation. My husband was very lucky and learned a lesson from all of this. Mr. Christoph did a wonderful job for my husband, he was very accessible to us and was very kind. His fee was very reasonable. Nick and William Christoph are awesome! Back story: I am a small business owner and my wife and I have a 7month old. I received a a call from collections that said I owed the city of Solana Beach $900 for running a red light!! I thought this was a scam and contacted my small business lawyer just to make sure (although he was great for setting up my LLC he wasn't much help looking into this) apparently I was caught with one of those traffic cameras running a red light. I had moved several times this year and didn't get the original ticket of $490 which in my opinion is ridiculously high, for a first time offense, and for anybody trying to live in San Diego.. so I was sent to collections and fined for not paying. As soon as I talked to Mr. Christoph he went right to work setting up a court date and got all the paperwork together. His son Nick went to court for me and got the whole thing dismissed!! I DIDNT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING!! These guys are like superheroes and super easy to work with. Don't waste your time with anyone else, Christoph Law Offices are the only lawyers you want to work with.
