From the moment we spoke on the phone, I had a great feeling about Mr. Moore and from the moment I stepped into his office and spoke with him, my feelings were confirmed. In this case it was my fiance's and I entrusted his freedom, his life, to a stranger. With that being said, retaining Mr. Moore was one of the greatest decisions that I've made. Before I go any further, I just want to point out that at the last minute, Mr. Moore agreed to changing the time of our appointment so that my incarcerated loved one could be able call and speak to him personally during our meeting. Once they spoke, it was such an emotional moment for my family and I and it meant everything to us that he did that. He, along with his partner, took the time to discuss all of our options in detail. So patient and understanding. Not only were they completely knowledgeable and thorough, they explained things in a way that we would understand. No fast talking and false reassurement. It was laid all out, the good, the bad, the beautiful, and the ugly.
