this place is a hidden gem right in the harbor nestled with the boats and a fireplace. It’s fantastic food. Bella makes handmade croissants, fresh every day. Oh my gosh you’ll think you’re in France very good food and a great setting. Keep up the great work.
It's is over priced for what you get ordered a beverage then when rest of table arrived ordered food .. service was mediocre. Nicest staff was the lady who cleared tables. They should invest in some of my beverage cost on at least a tape job on their seat at least 3 booths look like this. Seriously even the sticky oatch cost less than my meal! It's a great location though..
This place needs new management. Taking one person's order at a time and having the same person then walk away from the cash register and go prepare the order EVERY TIME is insane. Efficiency is everything. You can't have the cash register sit empty for 5 minutes at a time when there are 20 - 25 people in the line up. This is why it takes an hour to get a coffee.
Got a slice of cheese cake for $8 and didn't even get a full portion. Went back up to ask for a refund, was refused and then was refused for another slice and didn't even leave the counter. The girl on the counter gave me nothing but attitude and a dirty look when I tried to be as polite as possible. I don't normally complain and ask for refunds, but If I'm paying $8 for one slice, I'd like a full portion. She eventually gave me a new slice that was noticeably bigger.
It is a lovely cafe - Williams Fresh Caffe. The restaurant is nice and spacious, and somewhat busy. One room is outdated, but the main one is presentable. Lovely patio outside. They got a skating ring that blasts music, and many people come to enjoy the social. Sure it happens few times a week. Great place to go for a walk around or a quick coffee. They got food as well and it looks good - Whatever was on customers plates, very basic and homey. Smells delicious
