Between the incredible service, beautiful views, and amazing Cafe and food selection you will have a hard time finding any better place in all of Hamilton. It truly is one of Hamilton's best kept secrets. The comfortable large leather chairs and large cups make you feel like you are in you living room chatting with a close friend. The beautiful fireplace not only warms you bust is the perfect addition to the wonder comfy atmosphere this place gives you. Whether you are studying for finals exams or catching up with a old friend I would highly recommend this as your next stop.

I was only there for a coffee and I had to wait a very long time in line for that. It would probably be quick and things up if they had one person working there dedicated to just serving coffees! Just saying! The coffee was very good though I must say! And the place and location are very nice to being right on the Bay. *hugs* JACK

Just had a very disappointing lunch. 5 of us dined for $75. Flavourless and underwhelming is an understatement. Your price tag certainly doesn't match the dining experience. Poor and unfriendly service, paired with flavourless food and topped off with a very uncleanly atmosphere. Sorry Williams you can do a lot better. Really too bad; it could be a wonderful space. Some major maintenance and cleaning needs to be done. Train staff to be friendly and helpful and make sure that quality assurance is taking place with the food. Sadly not a place that I will be recommending.

Positioned at a beautiful spot in Hamilton, this William's location is a great date spot all year round. The rink outside of the cafe makes it an even better spot for a relaxing evening!
