If I could give negative stars, I would! The worst of the worst! An unbelievably insensitive office! My daughter's doctor called regarding an elbow injury that was causing numbness and blue fingers. The office absolutely refused to see her or even look at her notes!!!!!! When my husband hand delivered the notes and X-Rays, they told him he wasted his time! No one will see her today and would not make any appointment at this time.

Dr. Gaffney's secretary is a rude, dismissive person. This office makes you take children out of school miss valuable instruction time to then tell you the doctor wont be seen the child. Parents and patients are not treated with Courtesy, Respect, Dignity, and Timely response.

Extremely insensitive people!!! In PEDIATRIC unit!!! The receptionist would not give me the time of day because my daughters insurance is inactive at the moment..... its fraud to bill me???? Since when???? A special thanks to you lady, what a pleasure.

Sorry that you had a Bad experience;maybe I’m just one of the Few who have had a positive experience.This is just recent and I’ve been coming for the last 2yrs.

Previous reviews are not about the doctor Hes good and hes busy. Front desk is fine.
