I am not a former client. I am a competitor, another attorney unaffiliated with his office. The reviews about Phil being kind and caring are accurate. He is one of the most patient and compassionate attorneys I know. After seeing the 1 negative review I had to write. Yes, unfortunately some of the areas of law in which we practice have strict rules, and in order to properly serve and advise clients Attorneys must require the clients to comply with the rules. This isn't a matter of being mean, but rather of being ethical and competent.
