Staff is rude, Wittmann was a public defender on my boyfriend's case. He lied to the family and said he filed for a motion and didn't by the time we found this out it was to late. He doesn't return calls it was just a hassle dealing with him and his staff.

Do not use Phillip. He's is friends with the D.A. Joel Smith. He only charged $200 for 3yrs of work on my case as a public defender. He is rude along with his staff. He even conviently lost my case flie after years of requestiong it. I have now hired an out of state attorney, which is investigating this office due to invompacy.

This man knows what he is doing. Got him as a public defender? Consider yourself lucky. My family paid him and got the results we needed. If he isnt renturning a call know that you are one of many, but rest assured he's working your case. Show me a lawyer that answers all your calls!
