Called the intake line and while I was trying to give information on my situation, the guy I spoke with (Richard, I believe) stated he'll just take my name and contact info to have somebody call me back within a week. Fast forward a few weeks later, I got an email pretty much saying there were no "attorneys who were interested in speaking with you regarding representation" because I gave "limited advice" regarding my situation. How hard was it to reach out and ask me for information to get a better understanding of my case and for clarification? Also, if I tried to provide that info when I initially called in to request possible representation but wasn't given the opportunity to do so, then why should I be penalized? I responded respectfully to let them know what happened during intake and to see if they could reevaluate my situation, but I never got a response. Uncaring and only interested I guess in easy wins or big $. Disheartening to think my situation didn't matter enough for them to even be bothered.

I like to thank Ms. Suzanne and Ms. Elena, they are heaven sent. My complicated immigration case was difficult to explain as I suffered from covert abuse with the perpetrator claiming victim. Ms. Elena came and did her evaluation which helped me, This organization provided me 2 defense attorneys for my divorce and DV restraining order cases as well. I like to appreciate Ms. Irene who fearlessly defended me and proved my innocence despite appearances. Thank you so much for committing and dedicating no less than 3 years to my personal battles and fighting like it was yours till we claimed victory under the umbrella of Truth. You are the real super hero's because you all defend the defenseless and represent the helpless. Thank you for what you do, You changed my life for good with your support.

I reached out for help because my abusive so called husband filed a appeal for a protective order and I spoke to someone once and was told I'd have representation for court and then all communications stopped. He was granted his appeal and now my life is in serious danger. No help whatsoever. thanks for nothing.
