I had never filed a workers compensation claim in my 40+ years of working. I was told by several very large and notable law firms that it would not be worth it to pursue the claim. Ted assured me that he would take care of me. He did such a wonderful job of handling both of my cases and the outcome of both cases proved that Ted knew what he was doing. Ted is awesome! At first things were not looking to great for my case. However that did not stop him from making sure things were settled right. He is a very anxious person and keeps pushing to benefit his clients and have things done the way they should be. Communicating could have been a tad better but we understand that him and his team are very busy. My injury was in may of 2023 and we settled in mediation couple of weeks ago. Hopefully I never need him again but I strongly recommend Ted and his team for anyone out there injured on the job. Ted works hard and doesn’t quit until you are happy. Ted and Tiffany were phenomenal to work with. They were both upfront and honest about how my case was going, potential outcomes, and possible solutions.
