My wife and I hired this law firm of Wright & Metcalf Attorneys at Law PC, in the year 2013 and they stole our life savings. Do NOT hire this attorneys. They will take your retainer and then never do any work for you. They are rude, dishonest, unethical, nasty and difficult, will never answer phone calls after you have paid them, and they are extremely violent and unstable. Furthermore, they do many illegal things and loses cases. They are so unethical, that they cheats clients out of their money, hires lazy process servers, threatens their clients and the people that they files against, and resorts to other illegal tactics in order to cheat the courts, and any other system. Attorney Wright and his law partner, Attorney Metcalf, also have been involved in the rip-off of seniors and other helpless elderly. These people are very insane and unstable. Do get involved with this crazy lawyers. Note that those Attorneys are currently under investigation by several law enforcement agencies for tax evasion and a host of other crimes. Beware, for these 2 attorneys are under investigation for many instances of fraud and identity theft against former clients.

For the last year Craig Wright and members of this staff have helped with my father's case. I requested a Public Guardian be assigned to my father's case because my family was unhappy about me being Guardian. Craig Wright was assigned as Guardian & Conservator by the Judge. I did not know this attorney at the time she assigned him. My dad's case was extremely difficult and fragile with family members that were so volatile and belligerent the police had to be called to the home where my dad lived. Craig Wright got things in order ! He handled each experience with such professionalism, wisdom, fairness, and kindness. He helped my family behave in civil ways I had not seen in quite some time. Some in my family started to attack Mr. Wright and his character. I watched closely to see how he would handle each incident. Attorney Wright continued to be fair with them, including them in all family matters and timely up to date events happening with my father. My father died in December last year, 2018. I was so impressed with Attorney Wright and his handling of events leading up to my father's death I chose him to handle my dad's estate and Will afterwards. I am so pleased with how he handled the entire case and over a year of complicated events handle with excellence. Thank you Attorney Craig Wright and also a big thank you to all your team that was involved.

I would not recommend using attorney Craig Wright for any probate matter in Flushing, Michigan. This is based upon my personal experience and not on someone else’s second hand knowledge. When my mother passed a few years ago, she left behind a small estate in Flushing, Michigan. Since it was small, I relied upon a third party’s recommendation to use attorney Craig Wright to have the matter probated. What you don’t realize at the time of making such a decision is that you must take into account all of your personal time that must be utilized in closing such an estate. After retaining attorney Craig Wright, it was common not to hear from him or receive a status on the case for a very long time. As a result, I would have to contact his office for an update. I would initially be told that a status had recently been sent to me. A few weeks late I would receive an itemized statement for work performed within the recent past. Most of the activity would be administrative that appeared to have been handled by a paralegal at any time. This would be followed by an off the record promise that the case would be resolved very soon. In retrospect, I received these off the record promises of closure too many times. Additionally, I am convinced that unless I had continually prodded attorney Craig Wright’s office, my mother’s probate case would still be pending several years after filing. Further, the dollar amount and number of non-attorney fees charged by attorney Craig Wright’s office seem way too high for the area. In summary, you will save a lot of time and aggravation if you spend more time locating a different attorney in the beginning of your case. This is even more true if you are concerned about the dollar amount of the estate.

My husband and I used Wright and Metcalf for a real estate transaction involving land splits. Mr. Metcalf and Mr. Wright promptly and continuously returned telephone calls and answered all of our questions. The matter was handled expeditiously and in an extremely professional manner. Ver pleased withvtheir handling of this matter. Mr. Metcalf and Mr. Wright helped me once again drafting a new will and medical and legal power of attorney after losing my spouse. Once again I received prompt, courteous and professional services. I would certainly highly recommend either Mr. Metcalf or Mr. Wright.

This is a very bad lawyer. I heard people telling me bad experience after I paid this law office. They are greedy and evil. They cheated me to sign the paper that I don’t understand by phone so they did not leave a proof. I asked them if it’s better to pay them the fee before I travelled from foreign country to deal with the my husband’s house. They said no. They knew my flight time In May but sent a bill right before my flight day so I never received that bill. They had my email address and US phone number. They did not send me any notice. In July, they told me they were ready to put the house on auction because I did not pay them $4500. They sold the car my husband bought for me without asking me and refusing telling me the price and whom they sold to. I had to wrote to the probate court to stop them selling my husband’s house at low price. After I arrived my home in Michigan, I went to their office to ask them to pay me back the security deposite from my tenants. They ignored my several emails till I contacted the probate court again. When the probate case settled, they sent me an email a week later just saying I would receive the documents soon. I called and emailed them questioning why had not received anything 7 days later. They told me lies and would not tell me the date they mailed or the tracking number of the mail. I received those documents 5 days before 28 days right to disagree. They sent it by private mailing company so I could not trace the date they mailed. I did not have time to find a lawyer to help me in time (within 28 days). They took all the rent income for over one year of my husband’s house. They even took the April rent in March right before the house transferred to me.
