They then falsely reported the settlement payments and refused to correct them Although they claim To do contract and payroll issues, Michael was NO help, claiming that wasn't their area of law. When asked multiple times what recourse I had he wouldn't comment. When I outlined my options for tax treatments and the resulting IRS investigation, while again asking how to proceed, he just quit, He sent an email stating he would no longer represent me. He got me a marginal settlement at a high future cost and time spent on tax representation, civil actions and more. If you have another alternative, take it.
