Absolutely loved working with Will Pearson. His confidence got me through, and he always made me feel heard. The women in the office were so nice and helpful throughout the whole process.
The lawyers are very understanding to your case. They work with you through everything they possibly can. My case at the moment, is ongoing. It's been some time since the beginning. But, I couldn't and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Bridget was rude over the phone basically hung up on me and was like yeah we can't help you after they emailed back and said I qualify. Go somewhere else.
In had an issue with disreputable employer. My professional background in accounting and taxation was ignored by Michael and his staff repeatedly. Trust me he said. NOT! Michael was unable to obtain a clear and enforceable agreement They even cancelled Payments once. They then falsely reported the settlement payments and refused to correct them Although they claim To do contract and payroll issues, Michael was NO help, claiming that wasn't their area of law. When asked multiple times what recourse I had he wouldn't comment. When I outlined my options for tax treatments and the resulting IRS investigation, while again asking how to proceed, he just quit, He sent an email stating he would no longer represent me. He got me a marginal settlement at a high future cost and time spent on tax representation, civil actions and more. If you have another alternative, take it.
I was fortunate to find Wyatt & Associates after a very traumatizing termination from employment. Each and every person I dealt with at Wyatt & Assoc. was kind and compassionate. For me, it was not about the money, but giving me a voice and restoring my self-esteem. I can wholeheartedly say that I was pleased with the outcome in all areas. I received a fair compensation and more importantly, was able to get closure on a very painful period of my life. If you have been treated unfairly in your workplace, I recommend you speak to Wyatt & Assoc. and get the closure you deserve.
