I chose Snell Law after a recommendation from my realtor. I had a question about the home disclosure and stopped by their office during normal business hours, but the door was locked. Apparently they are open by appointment only. I called and left a message, but my question was answered after it was already too late. nnAfter accepting an offer and moving forward with the process, I kept waiting for contact from Snell Law to approve the contract. My realtor assured me Snell Law had my contact information. After 2 weeks, I was finally notified that they had sent me a letter, but to my physical address and not the mailing address. If anyone should know the correct address, shouldn't it be the lawyer?nnClosing was quick and uneventful, and I provided a forwarding address. They called me a few days after closing asking if I wanted the check forwarded (of course!).nnWe were also quoted $700-900 for fees. We were charged $1000. While I understand the fees vary between every transaction, ours was very simple (cash offer). There was no explanation why it cost so much. nnOverall, closing went smoothly and we got our money, hence the 3 stars.
