Penny personally answered the phone and addressed my questions in a very professional manner. She was concise and acknowledged my issues that were not within her area of expertise and referred me to a great resource (and problem solved !! Hurrah!). Having spent all morning in another PDX law firm that did not offer timely, accurate, or affordable help, Penny was very instrumental in finding the correct representation for an elderly couple I assist as a volunteer.
