Noelle Halaby Law Office is simply the best of the best. Child custody battles are extremely complicated, especially when you're dealing with jurisdictional issues. I was completely stressed out until I retained Noelle Halaby as my Attorney. Noelle and her entire staff including Amneh, Amira, Yvette, and Tamara are knowledgeable, reliable, professional, sincere and caring. Noelle and Amneh are more than just Attorneys, they are compassionate warriors, who will hold your hand through everything and swing their sword on your behalf in the court room. I'm extremely grateful for all their help and I highly recommend Noelle Halaby's office for all aspects of family law!

Typical divorce attorney. She lies, makes timelines that she doesn’t follow, and only looks to create more litigation, division, and discord while collecting her fees. In nearly one year, she was unable to accomplish even one, out of court agreement. This was while continuing to file countless exparte request for orders that were denied and moved to the ultimate hearing on five issues. She states that she wants to minimize expenses, but her actions are contrary to any of her words. Unless you want to spend thousands to accomplish nothing, stay away. Her “response “ is completely consistent with her continuing divisive actions and attempts to further litigation that only benefits her pocketbook. She is great if you want a never ending sting of litigation and refusal to even attempt to resolve things amicably or reasonably. Anyone knows that raising kids post divorce will NEVER work if the is a constant dynamic of mom vs dad. Noelle encourages litigation, finger pointing, and other means that serve only to create greater division and conflict.

It makes sense that my ex-husband, Scott Ritter, (who wrote a negative review) hates my lawyer. I certainly didn’t hire her to become friends with him. Noelle Halaby has done nothing short of an excellent job protecting me and my family from him. She has never overcharged me, or caused unnecessary litigation, or lied. Noelle has been representing me and my family’s best interests in complex and difficult custody issues, as well as managing my difficult ex-husband (e.g., someone who takes the time to look up my attorney and try to harm her reputation). She has stayed professional throughout my case, enduring irrational, slanderous, and verbally abusive behavior from my ex. I highly recommend Mrs. Halaby if you want representation that can look beyond the fighting and see the big picture to find a resolution.

Mr Ritter - the only person who gave me a negative review - was never my client. He is the ex-husband of my client and is upset that I continue to protect my client’s interest, never back down and ensure that she cannot be taken advantage of.
