The team at Zachary Vandyke has been so helpful in answering all our questions and stood by us the entire way through the case. They have put up with a lot from the EX. Mr Van Dyke is a very nice and apparently knowledgeable attorney. But it had taken over 2 years to have a simple divorce granted. I blame some of this on my ex for causing problems. But mostly I blame his office staff. I rarely received returned calls. I only received updates if I initiated a call (when and if his staff responded) or if I personally went to the office. I went to the office for my court date for divorce hearing and it hadn’t even been put on Mr VanDyke’s schedule! Almost 3weeks later I’m still waiting on divorce papers. I feel Mr VanDyke is probably a very good attorney. I believe most of my problems stemmed from his paralegal. She is very personable and I thought capable. But because I had to continually call to get anything done, I cannot in good faith recommend this law practice.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience using Zach VanDyke! He is an extremely honorable and respected Family Law attorney in Panama City, Florida. I had a very difficult case that most people wouldn’t want to take, but he did and was very quick and efficient! Him and his paralegal, Jackie Rios, were in constant contact with me. I thought my divorce and custody case would drag on forever after hiring another attorney in Panama City because she didn’t do her job. As soon as I hired Zach VanDyke he was on my case, and we were able to settle at mediation instead of having a drawn-out legal battle with my ex husband and his attorney. He was very easy to talk with, and him and Jackie know Family Law inside and out. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. I would recommend him to family and friends. Choosing Zach and his team was such a blessing! I am a single mother and I work full time. I have gone through 3 other attorneys over the past 5 years trying to get this custody case settled. My child’s father received a settlement and paid a ton of money to his lawyer. She ran me out of money multiple times just to keep the case going and leave me unrepresented (that’s the only way she can win). I was about to give up when I had a consult with Mr Vandyke and handed him what little I had left just to make it through our final hearing. My child’s father was asking me to pay over $70,000 in attorneys fees, over $500/month in child support (he works under the table) and all kinds of other ridiculous requests. We do 50/50 alternating weeks. Mr Vandyke was so down to earth. He said, “I can’t make you any promises but we will do our best.” He and Jackie were reassuring the whole time and always communicated with me without over charging me as I am single mom. Our final hearing left me only paying $100/ month child support and no attorneys fees. Such a HUGE relief. I cried. I can’t thank them enough for not taking advantage of me as I have had happen with my other attorneys in the past.

Mr. VanDyke and Jackie were awesome. My husband was able to adopt my son and they even got our court hearing done BEFORE CHRISTMAS. The other party of my case was not really cooperative in the beginning but Zach and Jackie did not let that get in the way. I truly believe this practice cares for their clients and they go above and beyond to achieve your wants and needs and have your best interest in mind throughout the process. Thank you guys so much for everything and giving my son the dad he deserved!
