I was referred to Dan by a trusted friend and from my first contact with him, I was impressed. We had an informal meeting in which he provided insights and guidance that gave me proactive steps to resolve the issue. He edited my correspondence to the other party's attorney and reaffirmed my position so when I went into dispute resolution I was fully prepared to present my own case - all without ever charging me for his time. Needless to say, I am happy with the result and would recommend Dan without hesitation.

I hired Dan to assess my situation with an easement with my HOA, specifically asking to know what my legal rights and options were. Instead of an analysis of the situation, I continued to get recommendations to take steps costing more money and without ever hearing whether we had grounds for any legal action and what our strategy was or if we were just begging the HOA to take action. Eventually I tried calling to discuss the situation and didn't hear back so I had to terminate the relationship to find an attorney who would respond and do what was requested of them. When Mary responded to my termination email, she eventually told me her strategy, which had I known up front, would have completely changed how I approached the situation, but also would have likely cut down the fees I paid them.

Dan was great from beginning to end with my situation. My HOA was unreasonable with an architectural denial and would not budge. Dan advocated for me and my family and was able to get our application approved. I am sure that we would not have gotten a positive result without him.
