I was referred to Jack by a trusted friend for a traffic incident I was involved in on I-4, just outside of downtown Orlando. At the time of the incident, I felt what happened was misrepresented by the trooper and I was subsequently found guilty of "careless driving". In an effort to quickly put the situation behind me, I simply paid the fine and accepted the negative points against my record. Fast forward almost 3 years, and I was (initially) denied a new job because this was on my record. Once I received Jack's number, I called him immediately. His office staff was very courteous and professional. Jack called me back within 15 minutes. I explained to him my situation, and he was very frank about the possible outcome.
