Very disappointed. My wife and I have an account with Aaronson firm for more than 4 years. Lost count of how many account managers we've had. Meanwhile, our credit has been destroyed, affecting not only our ability to get anything, but also causing emotional and mental distressed. We never get updates. It seems that nobody knows anything about our account. Frustating its an understatement. We've been more than patient, with no results. Should have left this message long time ago. We don't know what to do at this point.

I was desperate, embarrassed and found Jerrod online. Him and his staff were super helpful and nice. Even though things were luckily resolved right before, during the free consultation he made sure the information I received was legit and let me know he was still available for me if anything seemed off in the future. I hired Aaronson firm almost exactly 1 year ago to get me out of timeshare. Nothing has happened excepted for the money I paid them. It has destroyed my credit & Aaronson told me mistakes happen & his team filed the wrong paperwork. For a year?? But reassured me it would be done properly & rest assured. I’ve been battling stage 3 brain cancer and I have more reassurance with that outcome than confidence I have in this one. I was promised by Aaronson he’d put on his calendar to call me in 45 days to confirm all was fixed. NO PHONE CALL. When I emailed office I was told I need to call to make appt. This is no ridiculous. I have spent THOUSANDS and gave ZERO results in the year under contract with them. I’d be happy to retract this bad review but not until results are seen!!!

Aaronson Law Firm was very thorough and professional in handling my Case. They explained all the steps from start to finish and the information/documents they want me to provide. They also gave me a breakdown of the legal fees and a very manageable payment plan. The Firm collected all the necessary information from me and proceeded with my Case. A paralegal from the Firm communicated with me monthly, giving me updates and answering any questions I may have. I was always assured that my case will be successful.
