After our car accident, I called Abbott and Associates to talk about my case. Atty Peter Latin came to my house and discussed case options with me. He set an accurate expectation for how long it would take to settle my case. I appreciated knowing this upfront. It was really helpful as we proceeded with the case. Throughout the process I found everyone I worked with at Abbott and Associates to be honest and hardworking. My case was settled to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to hire Abbott and Associates again in the future.

I have been very impressed with Abbott and Associates. Nelson Abbott sat with me through the whole process including the long mediations. He was good to explain things to me as the process went on. Jessica was also very good to work with. She was very nice and very patient with me as we went through paperwork, explanations etc. Overall it was a very easy and good experience for dealing with an auto accident.

Turned down by numerous lawyers, in fact was told I could not win on more than one occasion as my opposition had deep pockets and I would spend thousands just to lose. Abbott & Assoc has helped me with several cases. Always very professional, knowledgeable, and timely. They are not your standard "settle first ask questions later" type of firm. I have not had any billing complaints with them (I have with other companies). They are the best firm that I have worked with! I initially found them because I was looking for a personal injury firm that was willing to represent me on an hourly basis, not contingency. They were the ONLY company willing to do this. From there I have worked with them for various needs, and they have always been very ethical. When I read a review talking about someone "fleeing the country" I wonder if they were an illegal who got busted for DUI or something.. Not a very reliable review...
