Reviews

This review is based on my personal experience during a custody dispute. My case was a very complex case in which he chose to take on. It turns out that he was not experienced enough to handle the particulars of my it. If you want someone to settle for less than what you know you deserve then look no further. If you need an attorney who will actually fight for you then move along. When trial came he did not want to address any of my concerns in which I hired him to do so. There was plenty of supporting documentation that would have made a difference in my case despite any obstacles that I had to overcome. He advised me that the judge was not going to be happy with me if I wanted to go through trial. Fast forward to now, my situation has become worse (thousands of dollars) because of his lack of attention and interest to my case.
Mr. Garza handled an incident for me concerning a car wreck, and I couldn’t have been happier with his close personal attention to detail and professional demeanor. As it was a stressful time for us, this attorney knew what he was doing and got us the best outcome possible. I will always use him for any legal work that may come up .
You cant even get a call back. How professional is that, I see what you mean about court appointed, they should not even get paid.
He listened to my concerns and was very thorough with his requests! Very Professional ! Maria Isabel Blaney
