Sam tells u what u want to hear and does not do what he says. I have been. Client for over a year and a half and he does not follow thru on what he says he is going to do. Most of the time he will not call back and when he does he gives me a song and dance. Sam is a great guy, but a terrible lawyer in my opinion, he should be selling used cars instead of a lawyer ( again, this is my opinion). I am so frustrated with this man it is unbelievable. Just one lie after another, tells me he is going to file something and does not. Last time we meet he said he had some type of brain fog since the beginning of the year and does not remember anything he said or did during that time period due to the brain fog he had. I would not recommend using him for ANYTHING AT ALL.
Took my retainer, never filed my case in court, lost the copies of my evidence they took on day one, didn't notify me of certain requests until months later, withdrew days before court, refused to return my retainer. Do NOT RETAIN THIS LAWYER. Scam alert
I wouldn't recommend them at all they wanted me to write all letters and make phone calls that think they should make then tell me they couldn't help because they didn't have the time or resources
