These guys did not follow specific written advance instructions to delay settlement due to Covid. They then settled the case on their own because it was easier for them. Then when called on it they acted like they knew better. Shame on them. To make matters worse they didn't apologize and told me to deal with it. This cost me significant money. Significant.
