I highly recommend Melissa Carter and her team. I initially approached her after an auto collision in which the person who hit me and my daughter admitted culpability but their insurance company refused to pay the related medical bills. Melissa generously spent three months working with me so that I might reach a resolution without a lawsuit; when the insurance company continued to be unreasonable, only then did we file a suit.
