If professionalism, timely responses, and overall competence are important to you, then please do not use this law firm. I have many, many examples of the amount of time and effort it took my family to finalize a probate that was essentially a slam dunk, but I will leave you with this story: We were billed each time the paralegal assigned to our case had to read an email. I get that. Unfortunately, because this paralegal was incompetent we had to email her over, and over, and over again asking for the same information to be delivered. While that information was not given each time, we were charged each time she read our emails. Long story short, if you want to make the passing of a loved one significantly worse, please use this law firm.

Guardianship took 6 months after initial attorney completely dropped the ball. I had to threaten them with taking back my retainer fee twice before another attorney responded to me. I will say Tabitha was very professional and responsive. But I feel I was charged excessively for the first attorney who disappeared. I would recommend a smaller firm.
