I retained David for a dispute in Virginia Beach. Having had lawyers for other occasions I can confidently say David was by far one of the best lawyers I’ve ever had. David defended my stepson recently. He was facing very serious felony charges, and up to 20 plus years. We spent hours on the phone over the year and 9 months this thing drug out, thanks in part to Covid. Great court presence, strongly argued this case. Was awarded bail when everyone else said there was no way. Son in law had no choice but to plead guilty. Sentancing was as good of an outcome as it could have been. Low end of guidelines.
