If you want good service DO NOT use Bob! He was at first very respectful and quick at getting back to me, then decides to not help me with my request with NO explanation. People deserve respect when being spoken too and it’s disappointing that he could not give me that. Not a good business man!

Repeat customer, here. I can't sing his praises enough! Professional from the start, and extremely accommodating. Any reasonable person would be ecstatic with his demeanor and work ethic. Thank you for treating my grandmother as though she was your own!

So rude, apparently this two-bit lawyer answers his own phone unprofessionally and it gets progressively worse. I just called to ask about setting up a living trust and he said some profanities and hung up. Confused, maybe he thought I was a telemarketer, so I called back stating that I was a potential client and he said "I can pick and choose my clients, I'm that good". First call lasted 40 seconds, second call lasted 52 seconds.
