The worst litigation I’ve ever had. I have never been more disappointed in an attorney who promises you the world and can’t even speak in court. I should have represented myself. I’m not even writing this because of one bad experience. If you want to pay a lot for representation multiple times and get bills over and over, hire Janna!

Akins and Davenport provided an amazing service during our time buying our first home. Daniel was a blessing - very responsive, super friendly, took the initiative to explain the closing process to us (this was extremely helpful since this was a brand new experience for my fiancé and I - we never felt left in the dark at any point during our home buying process). Our closing felt like it was just as much of a priority to him as it was to us.
