Former employee here... worked for this company for 3 years.. they will cheat you out of your raise.. I did everything right. It still didn't matter whenever it came time for a raise they had every excuse in the book. Supervisors are clueless it's all politics.. if you're looking for a company to grow with and a company which promotes diversity Aldridge Pite is not the one. The culture is horrible. My own supervisor and my own teammates would not even speak to me. They never say good morning or good night and you sit next to this person all year... They look down on you if youre different (Border line racist culture). Not even a good bye good luck on the day I got laid off... the Aldridge work place culture is the worse.. The CEO Gee Aldridge doesn't care about his employees he only wants to collect his check. I'm shocked to see 5 stars on their review... very deceiving company... worse experience ever... I never want to Work in the corporate world again after this experience..
