Don’t waste your time or money hiring Heather Warren. I paid her in full, she drafted a motion and sent it to me for review. I told her it looked great and to file it. Two days before our court appearance, a month later, I called her office to see where or when we would meet. She NEVER filed the motion so when we went to court it was rescheduled and dragged on for well over a year. Taking your money and failing to communicate is what she does best. STAY AWAY!

Heather Warren has helped my daughter once in the past regarding a family law custody issue. Once again, we retained her on another family law matter. She knows the law. She also understands any thing surrounding social work type cases. In our case, my daughter (mother of granddaughter) has a disability, mostly cognitive. The opposing side in our case often uses this against my daughter in trying to discredit her ability to parent, which is not the case. My daughter is more than a good parent. Heather is well versed in family law cases with an additional piece such as this. If she doesn't answer the phone every time we call, we are fine with that. She's busy. She has always gone above and beyond in many other ways. So what if she's not at our total beck and call. Her prices are very reasonable and she knows the law. She will get back to us when it's necessary every time, and then after the case kept us updated through quite a few years on any letters or admin type things without additional costs. Our gratitude and regard for her has been a 10 out of 10.

Incompetent office staff. Heather Warren never gets back to clients even a 30 sec phone call to let you know something anything. Definitely doesn't care enough to respond to a case she has been assigned to timely manor. This office definitely screens calls or just won't answer. Only if you call nonstop and annoy them soo much they finally answer and probably JUST HANG UP ON YOU. And they definitely use caller id. Won't answer with one number but try a different phone number magically they answer and hang up when they realize they are in the wrong and just won't respond. They have no idea when heather will be back just says "she will be at court all day." Her Clerk literally has no idea about when she will be back in the office. Unwilling to pass along a message. I would highly recommend never getting involved with this law firm. You don't want to walk around with $h*t on your shoe do you? That's the feeling you get while dealing with these clowns.

Heather is an amazing attorney. She is very professional, very caring and quick to get back with you. Heather is very easy to work with. Her office staff is professional and reliable. They are definitely the team to have working with you! I highly recommend her!
