The absolute worst management.They don’t always fix things when you ask for repairs.They steal your security deposit when you move out by making random excuses that aren’t true. We spent hours cleaning everything spotless and they took money and made up things that were dirty that were not! They are thieves!

They towed my car when my boyfriend moved in she told me to park on the back side of the lot and I did one day. I left with my boyfriend to go on a road trip came back 5 hours later and my car was gone. Not only that had to spend my whole paycheck on just getting my car out. Absolutely worst place you could be.

Over priced, decent service in Janesville, WI but still over priced.

I would give 0 stars!!! Poor management, maintenance. They do not give you direct answers and probably wont even answer your questions either. I lived here at unit 1627 since May 2020 and had to bug them for 3 months to fix the hot water running and now I've got mold! So if you're in that unit beware of POSSIBLE MOLD. Only thing fixed was the bathtub faucet and only took 10 minutes to fix!! They only fixed until I contacted city inspector!! Would rant more but I've said enough.

Very unprofessional management. College kids that wait till the end of the day to respond to people so they don't get caught in conversations. Likes giving tentative move in dates with no times so gathering a crew to help you or working it along your work schedule isn't possible. If something goes wrong with the plumbing in your room their "handyman" will come and put valves back in backwards, leave hot water limiters completely off. All around unorganized, sloppy, penny pinching.
