I just closed on a refinance of a Hilton Head rental property and Brooke and the team made it the easiest one ever. Google gave me some selections to check in this review and clicking them all (Good Quality, Good Value, Professional, Responsive) reminded me of how good they have been through this process. The two that really stood out were Responsive (you absolutly need that in a closing attorney) and Professional. They furnished a Power of Attorney so I didn't even need to be there for the final signing. Very happy with the process!

John Wilkins and his staff did a great job on representing me as the when I sold my home. They were responsive and kept me informed on all activities related to the sale of my home and the transfer of funds from the buyers account into my account on the day of before and the day of closing.
