Our organization sought out the tax expertise of Mr. Liepas because we are an unusual not-for-profit organization with tax exempt status questions. The case was somewhat complex and required copious attention to detail. Mr. Liepas patiently and very competently walked us through every step, did extensive research and writing to be sure that our case was presented thoroughly and with all relevant detail, and the resolution was successful.
