I needed a refill for my medication on a Sunday, but when I called him, he said there is absolutely nothing he could do which is something as simple and writing something on a piece of paper and sending it to capsule. What a disgrace.

Genuinely enjoyed my experience at Dr. Kaiser’s office. He and his staff were very friendly, and made me feel truly taken care of. My annual physical was thorough and Dr. Kaiser walked me through everything, making sure I understood each test. Will 100% be going back.

Just had my first appointment with Dr. Kaiser. He is very thorough with the annual exam, and up front about pricing and costs. He is a nice person and made sure he answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend!

I came for my annual physical, which is covered by insurance. First thing Dr. Kaiser did was ask if I had a HSA. It seems he added a bunch of extra items that weren't covered in my annual physical, without asking me first. He took bloods and I've never received the results despite multiple attempts to call and obtain. I know he told me he would be away for medical reasons so I only contacted him from the date he said to. Nonetheless, I have not received results and have been charged oop by my insurance in addition to what he charged to my HSA. I just wanted in and out for a regular physical.

I went for my annual physical and I have to say he is the best one yet. Dr. Kaiser is really thorough and takes his time. He also requires you to come back to discuss the results. I appreciate that. If you just want to check off your annual physical and get your results emailed then this doctor is probably not for you.
