I hired Eric to help a family member who made a stupid mistake but was willing to be accountable for their actions. I recall one of my first discussions with Eric, where he said something to the effect of, "The justice system is not designed to rehabilitate people, it is designed to destroy lives." Eric took on the case for a fixed fee, never once requesting more money even though the case dragged out over far more delays and court appearances than were expected. He was always on top of the situation, was responsive to requests for updates and - most importantly - negotiated a favorable outcome that was unlikely to have been reached with the aid of a public defender. The family member has turned their life around and I am forever grateful to Eric for all that he did for them.

I hired Eric in 2017. He was paid 3,000 dollars. He said we were going to trial. 5 months and 3 weeks, he came to see me in jail. He told me I was going to have to plead guilty to a disoderly conduct. I stated, I won't lie. He told me if I didn't he would withdraw as my attorney and keep my 3,000 dollars. I had no choice. I received 1 1/2 years for a disorderly conduct. He is a complete scumbag. Someone should report him to the Pennsylvania Displinary board in Thooper, Pa!

I hired this lawyer for a speeding ticket. I’m a cdl driver with a clean driving record. I watched this guy get bullied by the officers. I saw no technical skill. He didn’t efficiently represent me. The cop mAde an offer and he folded. If he could have gotten it to one mph less, I would of had no points. Everything I witnessed I could have done myself. I do not recommend this lawyer!!!!!!!!

Used him many years ago for a minor traffic infraction in which I knew I was in the right and he went into the magistrate and had it dismissed with a thorough review of case law and well written brief that stunned the officer who ticketed me. Hope I never will need another lawyer again, but to anyone who may, for anything whatsoever, do yourself a favor and talk to Eric Dowdle first!
