I assumed this place could competently handle a simple request, but they repeatedly ignored our calls and attempts to reach someone regarding an issue with our MUD. Their receptionist put me on hold so long I was forced to hang up, and the ABHR employees present during the MUD meeting brushed me off and said they'd get back to me but never did. I don't know who is responsible for hiring their staff but they need to be fired as well. What's worse is this place seems to have a monopoly on working with MUDs so I don't see another option for attempting to resolve my issue. This whole place seems extremely shady though so I will do my best to avoid it in the future.

I just called Allen Boone Humphries Robinson LLP to ask questions about how I could potentially escalate a matter with my water company(Inframark). They represent the utility district so I thought they should be my first call. My call was answered by Debra and not only was it almost impossible to get my complete question out, I was handled as if I was a nuisance to her although its apparent that Debra is employed by this company. One would assume that assisting people over the phone in a courteous manner is part of the job. I mentioned another person's name to Debra who I had previously been in contact with (last year) and that was the opportunity for her to pass the buck. I asked Debra for her name because I was going to write a review and her her response was "Everyone knows me, here". I asked for details about the location, she told me it was online and to look for it. I asked her AGAIN if she could kindly provide me the details since we were already over the phone (not to mention online is not always best for locations) and she finally gave it to me after placing me on hold to answer another call. Our call took a total of SIX minutes. Debra is rude and not welcoming at all. Seems complacent and very comfortable with this behavior. I hope you all have recorded calls and can use this as a training call for providing better service in the future.
