Contacted Albert and Fellows to help with my disability claim. Doing everything they ask, continue to send every Dr appointments and things they ask and don't hear from them. Don't keep me updated on what's going on. It's over 2yrs and no from this firm notifies me if they're even working on my claim and if it's finally being finalized. Other people post they help them...in less time. I get "Things are slow cause of covid." Covid is in the past. Let's get things going and stop putting me off. Said they'd call me and NOPE never did I won't recommend them to anyone.
