Not quite sure of their handling of my settlement. I was told "another company" called archer is in charge is sending me an offer. It was sent on 8/9/18 then I requested a second one or email and have not received a response. This case for TVM has been going on since 2012. I hope I do not continue to get the run around which it's starting to feel like.
I would not give this a one star but there's not an option for a half a star. This law firm has been the worst experience I've ever had to deal with. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They will keep your money for 6 months or longer after your paper work has been finished, filed and sign. This is unlawful and wrong to do to the people. Nobody wanted to talk to me, nobody wanted give me the details. You have no contact to the direct people with your money. They will just keep taking your name, number and saying we will be in touch. They keep my (funds) settlement in their big bank accounts, they took 60% of my settlement and that's still not enough for these people.
I was referred to this firm over 15 years ago and though the intake and assessment of my case was very casual and comfortable, their handling of my case was professional and always a step ahead of the oppposing attorneys . Bryan Aylstock hides his brilliance and astute assessment of character when meeting the opposition well . He is a humble, laid back attorney doing his research in full and keeps one mesmerized in the courtroom. Bryan also hires those who reflect his own work ethic, helping the underdog especially citizens who have undergone unnecessary trauma and heartbreak, values of gratitude and giving back to one's community. You will not find a better more ethical attorney .
They laughed at my husban over a nurses sexul asalt .and they are saying that he has no case when their counter partners know for sure that he does .so they do not want to do their job cause we called them out on what happened .and my husban has a cyst in his brain ,trets and other meddical issues .that lady laughed at him when he told her what happened at mercy hospital.sexual asalt is no laughing matter and harrasment hasnt stoped
